The guard house is the first entry point, where visitors are required to register via a QR code, while CCTV cameras around the development will give residents extra peace of mind.
As a wellness & sustainability-focused development, The Orchard is also slated to introduce Binh Duong New City’s first electric vehicle (EV)-ready development. In addition, passive and active designs in each home will harness natural daylight and ventilation, reducing energy usage.
